For the past 24 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping people heal, move better, and feel their best through massage therapy. Over time, I began to notice a pattern: while massage brought relief, what many of my clients truly needed was a long-term solution — strength, balance, and healthier habits that would keep them feeling good between appointments.
That’s what led me here.
I’m now combining my years of hands-on experience with advanced training as a Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist and Nutrition Coach. My mission is simple: to help people — especially adults 40+, busy professionals, and anyone struggling with mobility or flexibility — move with confidence, improve balance, and build lasting strength.
