During this short session, I’ll take a look at how your body moves, check mobility and balance, and identify areas that may be contributing to stiffness, weakness, or recurring aches.

You’ll leave with a better understanding of how your body moves and a few exercises you can begin using right away.

Assessments are available in person for local clients and virtually for online clients.

Do I need special equipment?
Most programs use simple equipment such as resistance bands, dumbbells, or bodyweight exercises. If you train with me in person, my private studio is fully equipped for strength and mobility training.

Can I work with you if I live outside Northern Michigan?
Yes. Coaching is available both locally and online. Virtual clients receive personalized programming, coaching support, and guidance just like in-person clients.
