How does it work?

Let’s chat about where you are currently with your daily routine and what you want to achieve.  I will assess for any muscular imbalances and as your Personal Trainer, I will create custom workouts that align with your goals, and your movement assessments to put you back on track to proper movement, posture, and flexibility!

As your Nutrition Coach, I will create custom meal plans based on your needs and what you want to achieve.  You can track your meals through my app, and I will give feedback and support to help you stay accountable!

Custom Workouts!

I create 30–45-minute workouts based on your goals and muscular assessments. I take previous injuries in account as well as what equipment you have access to at home and/or at the gym. I will show you how to do each exercise with proper form.

Custom Nutrition Coaching!

Nutrition Plans are based on your daily needs, so you are fueled for the day and your workouts!  Track your meals in my app so I can give feedback and help you stay accountable.

Check-ins, Tracking, and Support!

Along with messaging in my app and check-ins, we have optional weekly & monthly video calls so we can make sure your program is in sync with your needs and goals.
